A score is a starting point.
Six experiences use complete public-domain IPIP scales or inventories. Five use our original reflection questions. Six explore symbolic traditions. None is a diagnosis, an ability test, or a hiring tool. Research on a theory does not automatically validate a new questionnaire.
Quiz answers are scored from 1 to 5; reverse-keyed items use 6 minus your answer. We average each dimension and display (average − 1) × 25. A displayed 75 is a questionnaire score, not the 75th percentile. No answers are filled in for you, tied themes stay tied, and retakes are included. New results record their scoring version and raw totals in your export; older results retain their original content.

Original reflection · 30 QUESTIONS
Big Five
An original 30-item reflection inspired by the Big Five model. These are questionnaire scores, not population percentiles. This short original inventory has not been clinically validated.
Our existing 30 questions are unchanged so saved answers keep their meaning. They are inspired by the five-factor model, not a published IPIP inventory. Sensitivity is our label for emotional reactivity. Research on the broad model does not validate these original items.
Symbolic calendar calculation · BIRTH DATE
Chinese zodiac
A symbolic tradition, not a scientific personality measurement. Uses the Chinese lunar calendar year, rather than the alternative Start of Spring boundary used by some traditions.
The Chinese calendar year comes from the runtime Chinese-calendar implementation, using the lunar new year boundary. The 12-animal and 10-stem cycles give the animal and element. Calendar correctness does not make personality symbolism scientific. The alternative Start of Spring convention is not used.
Symbolic chart import · EXISTING CHART
Human Design
A spiritual self-reflection system, not an evidence-based personality assessment. This version imports your existing type; it does not calculate a BodyGraph from birth details.
A functioning import of the type you select from an existing chart, not an automatic birth-chart calculator. We do not derive a BodyGraph, authority, gates, or channels. The external calculator requires birth information and has its own privacy terms. The source explains its tradition; it does not provide scientific validation.

Enneagram
Original 27-item reflection inspired by Enneagram themes. Not a validated or licensed Enneagram instrument. Close scores may reflect several themes.
Nine motivation themes, three original questions per theme. Equal scores remain tied. Results do not establish a definitive type, wing, or instinctual subtype. A review of Enneagram research reports mixed evidence; our questionnaire has not been validated.

Numerology is a symbolic tradition without scientific evidence for personality prediction. Calculation conventions vary; this experience uses full-date digit reduction.
Adds all birth-date digits and repeatedly reduces the sum, stopping at 1–9 or 11, 22, 33. Example: 2000-01-08 totals 11. Some practitioners reduce month, day, and year separately; that convention can produce different master numbers. We document our convention rather than claim one scientifically correct interpretation.

Symbolic astrology calculation · BIRTH DATE
Astrology · Sun sign
Astronomy Engine calculates the Sun’s apparent tropical ecliptic longitude. Each sign occupies 30 degrees. We check the full possible birth-date window across UTC−12 to UTC+14 and preserve uncertainty at sign boundaries. Original symbolic interpretations; no scientific personality claims.
Western tropical zodiac, using the apparent solar longitude from the MIT-licensed Astronomy Engine. We sample the full 50-hour window covering a local birth date across UTC+14 to UTC−12. Transition dates retain both possibilities. No birth time or location is collected, and no ascendant, Moon sign, houses, or compatibility is claimed.
Astronomy with symbolic prompts · BIRTH DATE
Birth Moon phase
Astronomy Engine calculates the Moon–Sun ecliptic longitude difference. Eight 45-degree sectors are centered on new, crescent, quarter, gibbous and full phases. We check all possible times across the birth date and world timezones. The astronomical calculation is separate from our original symbolic prompts.
Astronomy Engine supplies lunar phase angle. Our eight descriptive sectors span 45 degrees each, centered at 0, 45, 90, 135, 180, 225, 270 and 315 degrees. Exact quarter events are instants; these wider labels are a presentation convention. We preserve the possible phases across the full date/timezone window. Personal reflection prompts are original, not scientifically inferred traits.
Symbolic arithmetic calculation · BIRTH DATE
Tarot birth cards
Adds month + day + the first and last two year digits. Two-digit totals are digit-summed; three-digit totals combine the first two digits with the last. Reduce above 21; reduce again for the companion, or add 9 to a single-digit first card. A first card of 19 produces 19/10/1. Strength is VIII and Justice XI. Interpretations are our own; traditions vary.
Implements the split-year birth-card calculation described by Tarot.com, including the 19/10/1 exception. Other conventions may differ. Traditional card names and arithmetic are used with original explanations and prompts; no publisher’s deck art, questionnaire, or reading text is reproduced. Death means a symbolic theme of change in this experience, never a prediction of death.

Big Six
The public-domain Mini-IPIP6, a Big Five extension with honesty–humility. This is not the HEXACO-PI-R and does not reproduce its six domains or detailed facets. Neuroticism is the published label for emotional reactivity, not a diagnosis. Complete published items and reverse keys. Each four-item scale totals 4–20; we display (raw − 4) ÷ 16 × 100. These are questionnaire scores, not percentiles, diagnoses, objective abilities, or measures of personal worth. Editorial summaries are not validated cutoffs. All 24 Mini-IPIP6 items. Four items per scale; honesty–humility uses four negative keys, and openness uses one positive and three negative keys. This Big Five extension is distinct from the HEXACO-PI-R: neuroticism and agreeableness do not have the same boundaries as HEXACO emotionality and agreeableness. Brief self-report estimates, not honesty verification or diagnostic screening.

The 24 four-item IPIP-VIA-R scales (Bluemke, Partsch, Saucier & Lechner, 2021). A public-domain research instrument, not the VIA Institute’s official VIA Survey or CliftonStrengths. Research support and reliability vary across scales; four questions give a brief estimate. Spirituality includes religious belief and is not a measure of goodness. Original, unvalidated reflection · 12 QUESTIONS
Attachment style
Twelve original Magic You statements, six per theme with three reverse keys in each. Each theme totals 6–30; display (raw − 6) ÷ 24 × 100. These questions have not been psychometrically validated. Attachment theory provides context, not evidence that this reflection measures an attachment style accurately. This is not ECR, ECR-R, ECR-RS, a diagnostic assessment, or a compatibility test. No licensed questionnaire items are reproduced. Scores cannot establish childhood causes, trauma, or someone else’s feelings.
Twelve independently written statements about relationship worry and reluctance to rely. No ECR-family wording or proprietary scoring is reproduced. The author’s ECR-R FAQ requires permission for commercial use; we have not obtained that permission and do not offer ECR-R. Theory is context only and does not validate our questionnaire. We show both theme scores without assigning categorical attachment styles, diagnoses, childhood causes, or compatibility.
